Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows across supply chain, logistics, and customer service divisions
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and lead data-driven process improvement initiatives
- Manage a high-performing team of 8+ operations specialists through mentorship and strategic resource allocation
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with business objectives
- Over vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Develop disaster recovery plans and compliance frameworks for operational continuity
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to enhance workflow visibility and accountability
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in team leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar process optimization methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost-reduction strategies
- Certification in PMP or SCMP preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech or logistics sectors
