- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop KPI dashboards and predictive analytics models to forecast operational bottlenecks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with strategic partners
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards across all operational domains
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in ERP and SCM systems
- Present operational insights to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and logistics management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Experience scaling operations for high-growth technology companies
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise
