Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows for e-commerce fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality assurance
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% operational uptime
- Collaborate with finance on cost optimization and vendor management strategies
- Drive digital transformation projects integrating ERP and WMS systems
- Mentor operations specialists and foster a culture of excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in operations leadership with 3+ managing teams of 15+
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process optimization methodologies
- Proven track record in scaling high-growth operational environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Certified in APICS or CSCP (preferred)
