- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Oversee vendor management relationships and performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT to implement cutting-edge operational technologies
- Mentor operations specialists to foster professional growth and skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS technologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
