Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end operational strategies supporting 15+ global distribution channels
- Lead Kaizen events to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies across fulfillment centers
- Oversee $50M+ procurement portfolio with vendor risk assessment and contract optimization
- Implement AI-powered inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% fulfillment accuracy
- Direct crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster recovery
- Develop KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of OEE, TAT, and inventory turnover metrics
- Mentor operations analysts using Six Sigma and Lean certification frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive operations management experience in high-growth tech or manufacturing
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt) and/or CPIM
- Proven expertise scaling operations for companies with $100M+ revenue
- Technical proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Experience managing remote teams across 3+ time zones with cultural fluency
- Track record of reducing operational costs by 20%+ through process innovation
- Strong financial acumen for P&L management and capital expenditure planning
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration
