- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on KPIs for cost reduction and service quality
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Mentor junior staff and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and root cause analysis
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of high-performing team development
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
