Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational processes across all departments
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate workflows and enhance operational agility
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated success in large-scale initiatives
- Experience in change management and cross-functional team leadership
