Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks supporting 50+ daily shipments across 3 fulfillment centers
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor management, inventory optimization, and compliance audits
- Develop annual operational budgets ($2.5M+ scope) with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Implement digital transformation projects including WMS upgrades and predictive analytics integration
- Establish disaster recovery protocols maintaining 99.8% service-level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Business Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and warehouse management technologies
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process optimization credentials
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrated through complex logistics optimization projects
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for operational reporting
