Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Experience scaling operations for high-growth startups or enterprise environments
