- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks supporting 50+ daily transactions
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to reduce process latency by 30%+ annually
- Develop KPI dashboards and conduct root-cause analysis for performance gaps
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with strategic partners
- Coordinate crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor junior operations specialists through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with SaaS or logistics focus
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation tools
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt) or CSCP
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and data visualization experience
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M with P&L responsibility
- Track record of leading digital transformation projects in regulated industries
