- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and boost efficiency
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize supply chain performance
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
- Mentor and develop high-performing operations teams through targeted coaching and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with supply chain focus
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities in matrix organizations
