Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows for logistics, inventory, and distribution channels
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks, proposing data-driven solutions for process optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic operational initiatives and change management
- Develop vendor management relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports on operational performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process automation and ERP system implementation (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operational methodology
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed operational functions
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel for data analysis
