- Manage $2M+ operational budgets with quarterly variance analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in SaaS or tech manufacturing
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation tools
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement credentials
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
