Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across procurement, logistics, and distribution channels
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals, fostering accountability and performance excellence
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery metrics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align operational strategies with company growth objectives
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve 15-20% annual productivity gains
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost structures and service levels
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing sectors
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or PMP
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team-building and change management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using predictive modeling for operational decision-making
