- Manage KPI dashboards and performance analytics for 500+ daily shipments
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer success teams
- Develop disaster recovery protocols and contingency plans
- Mentor 5+ direct reports and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in operations management with 3PL experience
- Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record of optimizing high-volume fulfillment networks
- Strong leadership with PMP or CSCP certification
- Experience scaling operations across 3+ geographic regions
