Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain and logistics processes
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
