Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scaling operations for 200+ employee organizations
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operational methodology
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools (UiPath)
- Exceptional analytical skills with SQL proficiency and data visualization expertise
