Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee project management for critical operational initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution within budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and service levels.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices to drive innovation within operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a tech or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and scaling operational processes and systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and other operational software platforms.
