Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end operational workflows across global teams
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with business strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee budget allocation and cost optimization for operational functions
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and workflow automation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational analytics tools
