Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization and process improvement
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
