- Drive process automation initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Champion sustainability initiatives across all operational channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies (Black Belt certified)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with complex operational challenges
