Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows for 15+ regional distribution centers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing costs by 15% annually
- Oversee vendor management relationships with 3PL partners and strategic suppliers
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven decision frameworks for leadership
- Manage $5M+ operational budgets with quarterly ROI analysis
- Coordinate crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor 8-person operations team through performance development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/tech
- Proven expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and process re-engineering
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and P&L ownership
- Certifications in APICS CPIM or CSCP highly valued
- Experience scaling operations from 5 to 50+ employees
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to frontline teams
