Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational strategies across 3PL and in-house logistics channels
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs by 15%+ annually
- Oversee warehouse management, inventory optimization, and transportation networks
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven performance metrics for operational visibility
- Manage cross-functional teams including procurement, distribution, and customer fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability protocols across all operations
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and operational scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals in high-volume environments
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
