Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end operational strategies supporting 500K+ monthly transactions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Oversee warehouse/distribution center operations with P&L responsibility
- Implement IoT-driven predictive maintenance systems for critical assets
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven decision frameworks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements
- Coordinate crisis response protocols with 24/7 operational teams
- Mentor operations analysts and develop next-gen leadership talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations management
- Proven expertise implementing ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation technologies
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL
- Experience scaling operations across 3+ geographic regions
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, OSHA)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership with matrix teams
