Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across logistics, inventory, and distribution channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs in cost reduction, delivery times, and quality metrics
- Analyze operational data using advanced analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts to enhance supply chain resilience
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system integration and automation deployment
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards across all operations
- Mentor operations specialists and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in process optimization methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-functional teams
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent designation highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
