- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 5+ strategic partners
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Mentor operations specialists and conduct quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
