Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with SaaS or tech industry experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and workflow automation tools
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification
