Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment departments
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals, fostering high-performance culture and accountability
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement and service quality
- Over budget planning and cost control for operational functions, ensuring financial targets are exceeded
- Drive digital transformation projects, including ERP system optimization and automation implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management within tech or e-commerce sectors
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
