Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and automation initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships while negotiating contracts and SLAs
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve workflows
- Oversee inventory management, distribution networks, and fulfillment centers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in logistics, inventory management, and process optimization
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement credentials
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost reduction
- Exceptional strategic thinking and change management capabilities
