- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement processes
- Develop crisis management protocols ensuring business continuity during disruptions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with tech/logistics focus
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development success
