Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily execution of logistics and supply chain operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery targets are met.
- Develop and implement robust operational strategies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and finance departments to forecast inventory needs and manage multi-million dollar budgets.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for process optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operational units.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data analytics tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
