- Oversee vendor management and procurement strategy for $20M+ annual spend
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate disaster recovery protocols ensuring 99.9% system uptime
- Mentor a team of 8 operations specialists through performance development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in operations management with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain optimization
- Proven track record implementing automation tools (RPA, AI) for process enhancement
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- International experience managing cross-cultural teams
