Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs and performance targets
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service quality
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across operational workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and process reengineering
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
