- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks across 3PL partners
- Analyze KPIs to reduce fulfillment costs by 15% YoY

- Manage vendor relationships with strategic partners
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3PL or e-commerce experience
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and automation
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
