- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align operational goals
- Implement KPI tracking systems and data-driven decision frameworks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and workflow redesign
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
