Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across multiple departments
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives and efficiency projects
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance and identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Oversee supply chain logistics and vendor management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
