- Oversee budget allocation and cost control measures for operational departments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations management with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management frameworks
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or PMP
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Experience scaling operations for high-growth startups or mid-market companies
