Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to company standards, regulatory compliance, and service level agreements.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, track progress, and report on key operational KPIs to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of resources and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, finance) to align operational capabilities with business objectives and product launches.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making and KPI management.
