- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Identify and implement new technologies or tools to automate repetitive tasks and reduce overhead costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Experience with budget management and cost-reduction strategies.
- Experience in Agile or Lean methodologies is a major plus.
