- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement processes
- Develop and mentor a team of 8+ operations specialists through performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations experience in tech or e-commerce
- Proven track record in process optimization and supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
- Expertise in inventory management and logistics strategy
