Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows across 3PL partners and fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional projects to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Develop KPI dashboards and conduct root cause analysis for process bottlenecks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
- Oversee inventory management systems with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Drive sustainability initiatives in packaging and transportation
- Mentor operations team members through performance development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills using data analytics tools
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech environments
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation
