Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing operations team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in operations management, supply chain, or logistics within a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
