Responsibilities

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement costs
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance against targets
- Oversee inventory management systems and logistics coordination
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with global supply chain exposure
- Proven expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost analysis
- Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt or CPIM highly desirable
