Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management within tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals in matrixed environments
