Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational processes across 3PL partnerships and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency by 25%+
- Manage $5M+ operational budgets and vendor relationships for critical logistics infrastructure
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 standards and industry-specific regulations
- Lead crisis management protocols ensuring 99.9% service uptime during peak demand periods
- Mentor operations specialists and implement talent development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Proven expertise in process optimization, inventory control, and 3PL management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement credentials
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
