Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support 50+ global clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards across all operations
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or SaaS
- Proven expertise in process mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
