Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational processes across supply chain, logistics, and distribution networks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive 15%+ annual efficiency gains
- Oversee inventory management systems, reducing carrying costs while maintaining 99.5% service levels
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven optimization strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service quality
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with 3+ in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement methodology
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost reduction
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development and change management success
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
