Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational strategies for multi-channel logistics networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, distribution, and fulfillment processes
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery protocols for operational continuity
- Manage budget allocation for operational resources and technology investments
- Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics or tech
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional project management abilities for complex operational overhauls
- Strong vendor management experience with global supply chains
- Track record of mentoring high-performing operational teams
