Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor operational KPIs to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and digital transformation projects
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/27001 standards
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Proven expertise in process automation (RPA, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and cost control
- Professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, or CIPS) highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing hybrid teams
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
