Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows across 3PL partners and in-house facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives with 95%+ on-time delivery targets
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for inventory turnover, fulfillment rates, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement programs targeting 15% annual productivity gains
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 20+ key suppliers
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards across all operations
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in tech or manufacturing
- Proven track record scaling operations for $50M+ revenue companies
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP required
- Advanced data literacy with SQL and Power BI proficiency
- Experience managing international supply chains across 3+ continents
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
